Remove this product from use in the <br /> facility. Use only commercial grade products that are approved for use in a food facility. Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All poisonous substances, detergents, bleaches, and cleaning compounds shall be stored separate from food, <br /> utensils,packing material and food-contact surfaces. (114254, 114254.1, 114254.2) <br /> #45 Floors,Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The ceiling in the restroom had water damage. Partial repair of ceiling has been done. Finish off repair <br /> by making the ceiling surface smooth and cleanable. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
