There is <br />no kitchen and no warewashing; prepackaged food is delivered from Tokay High. <br />- 2D Blue Air as milkbox only food storage equipment at dining area. New cafeteria uses vinyl flooring and rubber baseboard <br />- Water heater is not wired for simultaneous operation. Upper element 3000 w (208 v) / 4000 w (240 v), and lower element <br />3000 w (208v) / 4000 w (240 v). Hot water demand (mop sink, 2 hand sinks/ restroom for total of 4): 18659 BTU or 4 kw. <br />- Sheet vinyl are used in restrooms (staff as well as students). <br />OIR will be emailed to regional director Manuel Lua at MLua@victor.org <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
