<br /> Ellis 900 washing machines were found on site that have not been reported. Any material that meets or exceeds
<br /> the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California
<br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material
<br /> inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval.
<br /> The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for emax alkali, performance detergent, bleach, turbo fresh, advacare,
<br /> performance booster, injection sour, ecolab fabric relaxant, trubo tex, tex stat ll, turbo crisp, polyclear 1267,
<br /> boilercare 1011, nalco 359, and nexguard 22310 are not compete.
<br /> The hazardous component information for emax alkali, performance detergent, bleach, turbo fresh, advacare,
<br /> performance booster, injection sour, ecolab fabric relaxant, trubo tex, tex stat ll, turbo crisp, polyclear 1267,
<br /> boilercare 1011, nalco 359, and nexguard 22310 has not been completed.
<br /> The amounts of liquid emax alkali, performance detergent, bleach, turbo fresh, advacare, performance booster,
<br /> injection sour, ecolab fabric relaxant, trubo tex, tex stat II, turbo crisp, and polyclear 1267 must be identified in
<br /> gallons vs. pounds.
<br /> The storage pressure for performance booster has not been completed; the storage pressure and storage
<br /> temperature for injection sour and polyclear 1267 have not been completed;
<br /> The 1,000 gallon tank of sodium hydroxide liquid has been identified as sodium hydroxide "solid".
