HSC 25505 (a)Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for <br /> all reportable materials on site. Provided during the audit was a list containing materials not in <br /> CERS inventory found during the 2019 SDS update earlier in the month of April. All materials <br /> that met or exceed the required reportable limit of 55gal for liquid, 500#for solids and or <br /> 200ft3 has been updated in CERS. Completed and filed in CERS are total of 29 materials <br /> exceeding the required quantity limit/s pending approval. The hand <br /> update includes all components of the required mapping identification to include staging and <br /> storage of materials in our process. See map legend for details. <br /> Item #8. CCR 2658, 2659 Failed to submit a training program or program is not reasonable or <br /> adequate for facility. (This was corrected on site).
