Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> The map does not show access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, hazardous material handling and storage <br /> areas (water treatment chemicals, acid aid NF, Vicafil TSWCB, TNA 1610 PC, epoxy powder coat, bio-circle I, <br /> compressed oxygen, acetylene, emergency response equipment(fire extinguishers), and the map still shows the <br /> obsolete storage areas (covered waste oil storage and 134 gallon diesel tank). A site map shall contain a north <br /> orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, <br /> emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency <br /> response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as <br /> "NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, <br /> upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 8 CCR 2658, 2659 Failed to submit a training program or program is not reasonable or adequate for facility. <br /> A training program was not submitted. Training programs for all employees and annual training, including refresher <br /> courses, shall include safety procedures for the event of a release or threatened release of a hazardous material, <br /> including, but not limited to, familiarity with the facility's emergency response plans and procedures. These training <br /> programs may take into consideration of each employee.
