Whenever a container that is larger than 5 gallons becomes empty,such as an Oil Drum,a "EMPTY" <br /> Label must be installed on the container with information as to What the last substance was in the <br /> container,When the Container became empty,What Department was responsible for making the container <br /> empty and the signature of the employee who caused the container to become empty. <br /> 2.
