Area Wardens Communicates with Facility Threat Coordinator <br /> and provides direction to Department <br /> Emergency Coordinators <br /> RECOVERY AND FOLLOW-UP RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> Plans and procedures for managing employee response to emergencies will be developed by each <br /> respective facility.The designated Facility Threat Coordinator and a structure of wardens and <br /> Department Emergency Coordinators will oversee emergency decision-making and implementation of <br /> protective actions for their building/facility. <br /> Once the situation is stabilized and the threat removed,the County Administrator and appropriate <br /> department heads will assume responsibility for overseeing recovery operations including dealing with <br /> employee welfare and business continuity issues. <br /> 4 SJCPHS Emergency Plan—January 2019 <br />
