A safe perimeter has been established at 20 feet from any <br /> excavation or hole being drilled. <br /> No unauthorized person should be within this area. <br /> A primary, on-site staging area will be established in the parking lot at the facility. <br /> All personnel arriving and departing the site should log in and out with the Record Keeper. All <br /> activities on site must be cleared through the Project Team Leader, or alternate. <br /> The prevailing wind conditions are variable. The primary staging location and the drilling sites are <br /> _ sufficiently distant from dust and evaporation sites to limit airborne concentrations of particulates <br /> to normal ambient level in the air basin. <br /> STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES : STANDING ORDERS <br /> CONDOR SAFETY RULES <br /> " All Condor personnel, Condor subcontractors, and consultants shall adhere to the provisions of <br /> the Condor Site Safety Plan including the Condor Illness and Injury Prevention Program QIPP). <br /> All of the above personnel who participate in field work at Tracy will attend a safety <br /> indoctrination provided by the Condor Site Safety Officer. <br /> The Condor Site Safety Plan is maintained in Addendum to Revised Work Plait and Evaluation of <br /> Alternatives for Containment of the Chloroform Plume in Groundwater.
