The data was submitted as a quarterly report under Order No. 96-118, which
addresses the ground water extraction and treatment in the separate aeration pond. At our request, John Kramer
of Condor Earth Technologies has addressed this request in his letter to Mr. Marshall on January 12, 1999.
We have asked that the quarterly ground water monitoring report for the fourth quarter 1998 as well as other
quarterly reports require under Order 96-118 be accepted in lieu of the reporting requested under the
90-142 MRP requirements.
In closing, I would like to schedule a meeting with you and your staff at your earliest convenience to discuss
these matters in detail. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please give me a call.
Sincerely yours,
Mr. Tom Guido
Triple E Produce
Field Manager/General Manager
km
cc: Mr. Michael Infurna, San Joaquin County PHS-EHD, Stockton, CA
Mr. Michael A.
