Your cover letter to the report <br /> discusses tasks that Triple E proposed in an April 1998 work plan which Board staff conditionally <br /> approved in August 1998. Your letter states that unless notified otherwise before 15 February, Triple E <br /> will conclude that those tasks are no longer needed. <br /> As we discussed in our 9 February 1999 telephone conversation, a new staff person, Joseph Mello, will <br /> begin work at the Board on 16 February and will be the new project manager for this site. He will <br /> review the case file and reports in the next few weeks, including the 15 January report referenced above. <br /> Until his review is completed, Triple E cannot conclude that any particular tasks are no longer needed. <br /> During our phone conversation, we agreed that it would be helpful to have a meeting as soon as Mr. <br /> Mello is up to speed on the project. We agreed on the week of 8 March, and I told you any day that <br /> week is good for me except the morning of 9 March and all day on 10 March. You said you would <br /> check with people on your end to determine what date is best for them.
