Reporting <br /> A review of the Reporting section of the Monitoring and Report Program indicates that data in <br /> the quarterly monitoring reports shall be arranged in tabular form and summarized to illustrate <br /> clearly the compliance with the waste discharge requirements. Upon written request of the <br /> Board, the discharger shall submit an annual report. This report shall contain both tabular and <br /> graphical summaries of the monitoring data obtained during the previous year. Triple E believes <br /> that including ground water contour maps and isoconcentration maps in quarterly reports is not <br /> required by the WDRs.
