In addition, disposal of <br /> treated ground water to the existing infiltration gallery will require you to <br /> submit a Report of Waste Discharge (RWD) for modification of your current <br /> Waste Discharge Requirements. <br /> By 12 February 1993, please provide a time schedule for submittal of the <br /> following: 1) a specific plan for interim source control ground water extrac- <br /> tion and treatment, 2) a revised plan which addresses further definition of <br /> the extent of contamination and proposes an extraction and treatment system <br /> capable of capturing and treating all the known ground water contamination, <br /> and 3) a RWD for disposal of treated ground water to the infiltration gallery. <br /> The appropriate RWD forms and filing fee schedule are enclosed.
