A <br /> letter from Beylik to San Joaquin County Environmental Health (the County) authorizing <br /> WESTON to sign the well permit on behalf of Beylik has been sent to your office. Beylik's <br /> address is 3429 Longview Drive, North Highlands, CA 95660. This project is currently <br /> scheduled to begin at 8:00 am on July 23, 1992.
