This report was prepared at the request of Triple E in
response to the Waste Discharge Requirements Order No. 99-123 issued on September 17, 1999.
We submit this on behalf of Triple E in compliance with the above Order.
According to data provided to Condor Earth Technologies, Inc. (Condor), the treatment plant was
operated with effluent that exceeded the daily maximum specification for chloroform at the time
of sampling in August and October. No build-up of chloroform in the subsurface soil was
detected in a soil sample collected by Triple E and reported by BSK Laboratories. Based on
declining chloroform concentrations measured in the MW-1 groundwater sample in August,
there does not appear to be any observable impact on groundwater at MW-1 as a result of spray
field operations in 2003.
Sincerely,
CONDOR EARTH TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
H.
