Violations may result in <br /> enforcement action, including Regional Board or court orders requiring corrective action or <br /> imposing civil monetary liability, or in revision or rescission of this Order. <br /> WDRs Order No. 99-123 requires submittal of self-monitoring reports on an annual basis. Regional Board <br /> staff will revise MRP No. 99-123 to make it consistent with other tomato processing facilities located in the <br /> region. Groundwater monitoring will be required in the revised MRP, and a monitoring network will be <br /> established in the future. A draft MRP will be transmitted for comment within 30 days.
