CONDOR ax:2095320773 Mar 29 13:01 P. 02
Fax From Condor/ Kramer
03/29/02 12:57 PM
contaminated wells. She indicated that this will add to the time required to close the wells,
which may require additional time for County inspections, possibly on Wednesday.
The second well permit application for redevelopment/reconstruction of well MW-1,originally
requested by Mr. Guido will be withdrawn. The fee check left for that permit can be credited to
Triple E to offset future inspection charges. V&W Drilling successfully bailed sediment from
well MW-1 using a sampler and bailer today. The well screen did not appear to be damaged
because material in the well was not from the sand pack. Condor collected samples of the
material recovered from well, which appeared to be gravel from the parking area. The well cap
was repaired last year when damage to the cap was discovered, and the well has since been
monitored and reported to the Regional Board at least twice. We do not anticipate the need for
redevelopment or reconstruction of MW-1 as was previously predicted.
Please call if you have questions about activities at the Triple E site.
CONDOR EARTH TECHNOLOGIES,INC
ohm H.
