Bravo " Deflector Plates"
FOR FLUID CONTAINMENT WITHIN HYDRAULIC CABINET
The deflector plates were created in response to certain dispenser designs where components within the
hydraulic cabinet such as the fuel filters have their outer diameters outside of the dispenser footprint mounting
frame and therefore, are located outside of the fluid capture area of either our standard water splash lip on
dispenser frames (frame included with new UDC's) or our CONV-132000 Conversion Frames. In some cases
they are so far out that they are in direct contact with the dispenser door panel, which on some dispenser
models, protrude several inches away from the dispenser footprint O.D. The deflector plates are tailored to
a dispenser series and are affixed to the angled gussets of the footprint frame via a slotted design for easy
removal and replacement. No sealants, nuts/bolts or other fasteners are required. They are not affixed to the door
panels. When slotted into the angled gussets the deflector plates are compressed against the door upon
installation. A foam seal ensures a tight fit and avoids metal-on-metal contact between the deflector plate
and the dispenser door. These deflector plates are designed to run the entire length of the door and fit just
inside the hydraulic cabinet area.
U J
FUEL FILTER
` DISPENSER
DOOR PANEL
L L
L
ANGLED GUSSETS OF THE DISPENSER FOOTPRINT FRAME j DISPENSER
4 FOOTPRINT
FRAME AREA
L L
I f 4
1 1 DEFLECTOR
PLATE
KEEP IN PLACE40- 4
1 DISPENSER OR
- -- CONVERSION FRAME
SLOTS ON DEFLECTOR PLATE SLOT INTO GUSSETS
UDC BELOW GRADE
