NatLust will,help promote the state cleanup fund's <br /> statutory goals; which typically include meeting EPA's financial responsibility regulations, as well <br /> as promoting a cleaner environment and improved public healih through timely cleanup. Recently, <br /> NatLust met with the California State Water Resources Control Board to develop a process for <br /> } NatLust to operate in California. From our communications with Mr'.
