Box 388 RECEIVED <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> SEP 14 1994 <br /> Subject: CLOSURE SUMMARY REPORT <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL ER HEALTH <br /> PERMITISERVICES <br /> Yellow Submarine <br /> 140 West Harding Way, Stockton, California <br /> Dear Mr. Infurna: <br /> in accordance with the request of Ms. Deborah Reade, Geological Audit Services, Inc. has <br /> prepared the enclosed Closure Summary Report for the property located at 140 West <br /> Harding Way in Stockton, California. <br /> Several 55-gallon drums are currently on-site. The drums contain purge water from <br /> monitoring well sampling. GeoAudit has received permission from the City of Stockton to <br /> discharge the purge water to the sanitary sewer on-site. After a sanitary sewer connection <br /> on-site has been located, the drums will be emptied. <br /> Upon recommendation for site closure by the PHS/EHD, GeoAudit will submit a work plan <br /> and permit for destruction of all wells.
