Eleanor Ratliff RON /{ENTAL HE1" <br /> IIRONMENTAL Hr^ <br /> Subject: PERMIT APPLICATIONS <br /> 140 West Harding way <br /> Stockton, California <br /> WORK SCOPE ADDENDUM <br /> Dear Ms. Ratliff: <br /> In response to a telephone conversation dated 16 May 1990, w® are <br /> providing additional information you requested as follows: <br /> 1 - No more than 7 borings will be drilled during the <br /> investigation (see attached drawing s <br /> 2 - The maximum depth of the borings will be 20 feet; <br /> - The borings will be drilled utilizing either a CME 55 <br /> or 75 drill rig equipped with a 6 or 8 Inch diameter hollow <br /> st*u augert <br /> 4 - Soil samples will be recovered using a 2 inch T.D. split <br /> spoon sampler t <br /> 5 - Bach of the borings will be backfilled with <br /> bentonite/cement grout throughout the entire depth; and <br /> 6 - Underground utilities will be located prior to <br /> drilling througqh contacts with the client, USA and local <br /> utility companies. <br />
