Reports of findings shall be submitted to PHS-EHD in a <br /> timely manner and contain a schedule for proposed activities. <br /> City of Stockton Public Works permits are required prior to the <br /> boring permit issuances by PHS-EHD. Submittal of these permits <br /> shall accompany all workplan addendums and boring requests and <br /> shall be approved prior to any drilling on or offsite. <br /> This investigation should supplement and be performed as an <br /> addendum to the "Interim Site Assessment Workplan" dated June 25, <br /> 1993 as submitted by Geological Audit.
