Harding Way
Stockton, CA 95202
In response to a request, San Joaquin County Public Health
Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) supplies the
following approval.
On February 14, 1992, WHF Environmental Consultants requested in
writing that stockpiled soils on site be spread over the site
following all demolition of structures remaining at 120 and 140
West Harding Way. Since sampling of this soil was conducted
under PHS/EHD supervision and analyzed as non detect for
petroleum hydrocarbons by a Department of Health Services
certified laboratory, spreading of stockpile 11 (approximately 80
cubic yards) and stockpile #2 (7 cubic yards) over this site is
acceptable. Please ensure adequate amounts of water are utilized
to minimize dust production that could endanger vehicular traffic
in the area or damage to nearby residences or businesses.
Please contact Michael Infurna, Senior RENS, of my staff should
you require further assistance with this matter.
Jogi Khannal, M.D. , M.P.H.
Health Opf;ecer
rie A.
