The site is suitable .for the proposed development provided <br /> i , the recommendations presented in this report are incorporated <br /> into the project plans and specifications- <br /> 2. It is suggested that all grading and foundation plans be <br /> reviewed by the Geotechnical Engineer prior to contract bidding <br /> to ensure compliance with the recommendations of this report. <br /> 3. The Geotechnical Engineer should be notified at least two <br /> working days prior to any site clearing or grading operations on <br /> the property in order to observe the stripping of deleterious or <br /> contaminated material and to coordinate the work with the Grading <br /> Contractor in the field. <br /> 4.
