Recommended Grading Specifications <br /> for <br /> STOCKTON BLOCKBUSTER VIDEO <br /> Harding Way and Madison Street <br /> Stockton, California <br /> PA <br /> 1.1 General <br /> 1.11 These specifications have been prepared for the grading and <br /> site development of the subject commercial project located in the <br /> on the southeast corner of the intersection of Harding Way and <br /> Madison Street in Stockton, California. XOUNGDAHL & ASSOCIATES, <br /> INC., hereinafter described as the Geotechnical Engineer should <br /> be consulted prior to any site work connected with site <br /> development to ensue compliance with these specifications. <br /> 1.12 The Geotechnical Engineer should be notified at :least two <br /> working days prior to any site clearing or grading operations on <br /> the property in order to observe the stripping of surface <br /> contaminated material and to coordinate the work with the grading <br /> contractor in the field. <br /> 1,13 This item shall consist of all clearing or grubbing, <br /> ed, filling of the land; spreading, <br /> preparation of land to be fill <br /> compaction and control of the filled areas to conform with the <br /> lines, grades and slopes as shown on the accepted plans. The <br /> Geotechnical Engineer is not responsible for determining line and <br /> dients.
