A work plan for proposed ground water water extraction, treatment and disposal at the <br /> Madison property and the Van Buren property will be submitted to the San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division (PHS-EH:D) no later than <br /> 01 November 2001. Following approval by the PHS-EHD, the ground water pump and treat <br /> systems will be installed at both sites. As-built diagrams of the pump and treat systems will i <br /> be provided to the City of Stockton prior to installation. <br /> • Finally, two sand, oil and water separators are located at the Madison and Van Buren <br /> properties. The Madison separator is inactive although accumulated stormwater has been ' <br /> observed in the chambers of the separator. The separator located at the Van Buren property <br /> is utilized for vehicle washdown by the current tenants.
