4.3 Monitoring Well Installation and Sampling Schedule �- <br /> Monitoring well installation will be scheduled with a C-57 licensed driller upon approval of this work plan. <br /> Tentatively, the work is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2010 and will include development of <br /> L, <br /> the newly installed wells and the initial groundwater monitoring event. Monitoring will continue quarterly <br /> for a period of one year. <br /> 4.4 Reporting <br /> The results of the drilling, monitoring well installation, soil sampling, and initial groundwater sampling will t� <br /> be summarized in a report. The results of quarterly groundwater sampling will be summarized in <br /> quarterly data submittal reports. The final quarterly report will provide a summary of results and <br /> recommendations for further action. <br /> 4.5 Investigation-Derived Waste <br /> The activities described in this work plan will generate the following wastes: (1) soil cuttings and excess <br /> - <br /> soil samples, (2)development and purge water, and (3) decontamination wastewater. The soil, �.. <br /> development water, and purge water will be containerized in steel 55-gallon drums and disposed of <br /> appropriately after the laboratory analyses results have been evaluated. <br /> 5.0 LIMITATIONS �- <br /> Activities undertaken as part of this assessment were conducted on behalf of the City of Stockton to <br /> assess the presence of petroleum hydrocarbons in soil.and groundwater in the vicinity of the former UST <br /> location.
