PROCEDURES <br /> lie <br /> On 12 January 2001,non-hazardous,purge water generated dunng groundwater monitoring activities <br /> was disposed In addition, sludge and waste water was pumped from a three-stage-clanfier and <br /> disposed On 28 February 2001, ground water monitoring and sampling were performed at the site ` <br /> on wells MW-1, MW-2, MW-4, MW-13, MW-19A MW-19B, MW-20A, MW-20B, MW-21A and <br /> MW-21 B in accordance with the revised monitoring schedule established at a 03 April 1998 meeting <br /> I with the San Joaquin County Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division(PHS-EHD) <br /> Samples collected from MW-21A and MW-21B were submitted for physicochemical and <br /> microbiological analyses On 14 March 2001,two ground water extraction wells were installed near <br /> the former UST No 8 location Approximately 110 cubic yards of soil were excavated from the <br /> former UST No 1 tank location on 21 March 2001 1 1 <br /> Field activities were performed in accordance with guidelines established by the Regional Water _ <br /> Quality Control Board - Central Valley Region (RWQCB) and by the PHS-EHD for investigation <br /> ' of underground storage tank (UST) sites and sampling of ground water monitoring wells <br /> ' 2 1 THREE-STAGE CLARIFIER/PURGE WATER WASTE DISPOSAL - <br /> On 12 January 2001, approximately 125 gallons of sludge were pumped from a three'-stage clarifier <br /> ' formerly utilized for treating effluent generated during steam cleaning and vehicle washing activities 4 <br /> . related to operation of the repair facility Additionally, 730 gallons of non-hazardous purge water <br /> was pumped from on-site 55-gallon drums The purge water was generated during ground water <br /> Advanced CeoDivironmental,Inc <br /> i <br /> I <br /> r <br />
