SAN J O h Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY— Int <br /> a"'" Time In: 9:30 am <br /> 'OFCfr+ti fir'@O t++ SS grows h�r4. <br /> Time Out: 11:00 am <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: LISA'S COUNTRY CAFE INC Date: 04/30/2019 <br /> Address: 18700 N HWY 88 , LOCKEFORD 95237 <br /> Owner/Operator: LISA'S COUNTRY CAFE INC Telephone: (209)727-5745 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00049701 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THEY ARE STORING RAW MEAT OVER READY TO EAT FOOD, CHICKEN IS NOT <br /> PROPERLY THAWED OUT IT IS PLACED IN A POT OF WATER AND LEFT OUT AT ROOM TEMPERATURE ALL DAY, <br /> SOUPS AND CHILIS ARE LEFT OUT AT ROOM TEMPERATURE ON PREP COUNTER TO COOL, KITCHEN IS NOT <br /> PROPERLY CLEANED OR SANITIZED, GREASE IS BUILT UP UNDER THE FLAT TOP AND IT CAUGHT FIRE ONCE, <br /> COOKS PREP RAW MEATS ON SAME SURFACE WHERE THEY PLATE THE FOOD, NO HAND WASHING, ROOF <br /> LEAKS CAUSING PARTS OF CEILING TO COLLAPSE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #30 Food Storage/Display Properly Labeled <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Some dry food containers are lacking labels. Provide labels today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br /> above the floor on approved shelving. (114047, 114049, 114051, 114053, 114055, 114067(h), 114069(b)) <br /> #38 Approved/Sufficient Ventilation and Lighting <br /> OBSERVATIONS:One light of the dry storage area is off. Replace bulb today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Exhaust hoods shall be provided to remove toxic gases,heat,grease, vapors and smoke and be approved by <br /> the local building department. Canopy-type hoods shall extend 6"beyond all cooking equipment.All areas shall have sufficient ventilation <br /> to facilitate proper food storage. Toilet rooms shall be vented to the outside air by a screened openable window,an air shaft,or a <br /> light-switch activated exhaust fan,consistent with local building codes. (114149, 114149.1)Adequate lighting shall be provided in all areas <br /> to facilitate cleaning and inspection.Light fixtures in areas where open food is stored,served,prepared,and where utensils are washed <br /> shall be of shatterproof construction or protected with light shields.
