Replace missing tiles and coving tiles by 1 month. <br /> The interior wall (service side)of the bar is painted wood. This material may not be approved. Inspector will verify with <br /> supervisor and alert the facility operator. <br /> Some of the coving tiles behind the fryer are pulling away from the wall. Regrout/caulk coving tiles to eliminate the gap. <br /> Correct by 1 month. Repeat violation. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces.
