Provide a legend to the site plan. A site plan must be <br /> submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. Immediately log into the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System(CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the revised UST <br /> Monitoring Site Plan. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 126 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data electronically. <br /> The Response Plan was not submitted to the the California Electronic Reporting System(CERS). Beginning <br /> January 1, 2014, all businesses are required to submit all new(or any changes to existing) UST information, <br /> including: UST Monitoring Site Plan, UST Certification of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, UST <br /> Owner/Operator Written Agreement (if applicable), UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer, and Owner Statement of <br /> Designated UST Operator Compliance online to the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. Be sure to include any <br /> other relevant activities and required fields. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 319 HSC 25291(e)Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of(pre-Jul 2003). <br /> Liquid was observed in the 87 submersible turbine pump (STP) sump and in the 91 fill sump. If water could enter <br /> into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The <br /> service technician removed approximately one gallon of liquid from the 87 STP sump and less than one cup of liquid <br /> from the 91 fill sump and returned the sensors to their proper location. Ensure that all sumps and annular spaces <br /> are maintained free of liquid. <br /> Corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> On site on December 21, 2015, to conduct a routine monitoring system certification, spill container, and line leak <br /> detector inspection. A cold start was scheduled for today for Service Request SR0072611, but was performed <br /> on December 10, 2015; no alarm history was available prior to the cold start on December 10, 2015. <br /> A partial list of violations was left with Mr. Jesus Jurado on the day of the inspection.
