At the time <br /> of the review, the above noted permit applications were past due and had not yet <br /> been received by this office. Because of this, the SWRCB is delaying a final <br /> decision on your eligibility pending the completion of the site work. <br /> Therefore, within 60 days from the date of this letter, please initiate the site work as <br /> described in the workplan.
