Hawkinson : <br /> We have listed the above property <br /> for sale with Gerard and Gerard , Realtors <br /> in Lodi , presumably for residential develop- <br /> ment . <br /> We have been in touch with Ramcon of <br /> Sacramento for removal and disposal of tanks , <br /> backfilling , soil testing and hazardous waste <br /> removal and they have prepared contracts . Since <br /> this is a part of their business expertise they <br /> inform us they are aware of and will obtain all <br /> necessary permits before work is begun , after <br /> the contracts are signed . <br /> We have delayed removal of .the tanks in <br /> the remote possibility the Realtors come up with <br /> a customer who wishes to buy the property and <br /> operate it as a gas station . <br /> We will contact Mr .
