April l to June 30, 2004, 2"d Quarter 2004 <br /> I <br /> Dear Mr Knoll <br />' This letter report constitutes a joint Quarterly Status Report(QSR)and Quarterly Monitoring Report <br /> (QMR)which reports the work conducted this quarter at the site and procedures used, analytical results, <br /> and interpretative results of the data from the ground monitoring event at the former Parmar Texaco Site <br /> located at 521 North Cherokee Lane, Lodi, San Joaquin County, California This report was prepared to <br /> satisfy in part the requirements of Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, Article 11 of the Cahforma Code of <br /> Regulation for reporting requirements of all activities at hazardous waste sites The letter report is being <br /> forwarded to your agency, San Joaquin County Public Health Services-Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHSEHD)and to the California Regional Water Quality Control Board- Central Valley Region <br /> (RWQCB) in accordance with reporting requirements established by the RWQCB <br /> The site is located to the city of Lodi in Northern San Joaquin County (Figure 1)and within the city limits <br />' of Lodi(Figure 2) Figure 3 is a topographic map that depicts the site location and its relationship to the <br /> Mokelumne River and the city of Lodi <br />' 1.0 Site Groundwater Monitoring Activities Conducted This Quarter <br /> Activities conducted during the second quarter 2004 ave included the sampling of the six monitoring wells <br />' (PT-MW-1 to 6) on the property Groundwater samples were collected and submitted to a state of <br /> California certified analytical laboratory for determination of petroleum hydrocarbon content using U S <br /> Environmental Protection Agency(USEPA)Test Method 8260B for volatile organic compounds <br /> MamlD'EnvuonmentalTarmarTmcolRgmrm\063004QMR wN 1 <br /> I <br />
