(916)364-1880 ext 223 Margaret: Per our conversation last week,you expressed a euncem that any time the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division spent reviewing the subject file and preparing a letter of clarification could not be billed. My client,At Johnson Construction,has offered to cover the labor costs for Ms. Linda Turkatte to review the file and write a letter of clarification for the subject site. Since Ms. Turakatte was the case worker on the site and is familiar with the site history, we assumed she would be most logical person to complete the review_ My client completed the soil remediation project in good faith and in compliance with the directives given by San Joaquin County. Since the site was already closed by your department, SECOR requests that San Joaquin County review the file and write a letter of clarification to the RWQCS so the release of diesel from the AST can be formally closed. Since the Al Johnson Construction Company has purchase offers on the property that are being held up by the uncertainty of the closure status,your attention to our request would be greatly appreciated.
