Box 2009 • (1601 East Hazelton Avenue) Stockton, Califomia 95201 o'O�i b4i � <br /> (209) 468-3400 <br /> DAVID POULSEN GGT Y 199: <br /> AEGIS ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> 1050 MELODY LANE STE 160 <br /> ROSEVILLE CA 95678 <br /> RE: Shell Service Station <br /> 880 Victor Road <br /> Lodi, CA <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services,Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) has <br /> recently reviewed the 'Pre Tank Replacement Site Assessment Results" dated October 10, <br /> 1989, prepared by Aegis Environmental for the above referenced site. <br /> The analytical results of the soil samples indicate that contamination was detected in B8 at <br /> 10 feet below grade (Ethylbenzene at .002 ppm, Toluene at.006 ppm and Xylene at .008 <br /> ppm). This level is below the maximum allowable leaching potential levels for BTX and E <br /> at this site. No further investigation shall be required at this time. However current <br /> conditions are unknown. When the existing tanks and piping are removed, soil samples will <br /> be obtained and analyzed.
