T t iJ <br /> EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> EXCAVATION OF HYDROCARBON!IMPACTED SOIL <br /> Teresi Trucking <br /> 900Wictor Road <br /> Lodi, CA <br /> Three underground storage tanks (UST's), piping and dispensers were removed from the property <br /> December. 1, 1995. The tanks were used to store gasolineland diesel fuels. Soil samples were <br /> collected from the tank excavation after the tanks were removed. <br /> Petroleum Hydrocarbons were observed in soil profiles aril samples near the south end of the <br /> parcel described above. San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) is requiring further investigation of the site to determine the vertical and <br /> horizontal extent of petroleum hydrocarbon impact. <br /> •,R <br /> The former UST area will be re-excavated to remove any remaining impacted soil to a depth not <br /> greater than 25 feet. The total area may include the removal of greater than 300 cubic yards of <br /> soil.
