S i � <br /> I S <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> 0 <br /> J <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION Pi;AN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for remediation of an underground <br /> leaking storage tank site located at 900 112 Victor Road, in lthe City of Lodi (APN 049-050-26) <br /> on the South side of Victor Road, East of California State Highway 99, has been reviewed <br /> +, by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD). The <br /> plan is a proposal for mitigation of hazardous substances"which contaminated the site due to <br /> unauthorized releases associated with underground storage,tanks '(UST) which were located'on <br /> the property. m <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division, Local UST <br /> Oversight Program, has made a tentative determination that'Ithe plan is in compliance with local, <br /> State and Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not create significant <br /> adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits' to be gained from cleanup of the <br /> contamination. <br /> p <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the offces of PHS/EHD, 304 East <br /> Weber Avenue, Stockton, California, during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. If a <br /> } <br /> written request by any member of the public for a public'i hearing is not received by <br /> PHS/EHD by 12-4-95 the tentative decision shall become final on that date and time. <br /> # All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to PHS/EHD at P.O. Box 388, Stockton, <br /> 95201.
