PLOT PLAN: Attached q <br /> 11. History of Site: The property is located on east Victor Rd. approximately 114 mile <br /> east of Hwy. 99 in the town of Lodi in San Joaquin County; California. The site is y <br /> approximately 300 yards south of Victor Rd. in the Teresi Trucking, Inc. yard and was 1 <br /> the site of the company's underground fuel tanks and refueling facility. The site is in an <br /> essentially industrial area on the east side of,Lodi. Nearby;properties are primarily <br /> businesses with one residence bordering the property on the southwest. The overall <br /> topography is essentially in the yard is flat with a grading toward several storm drains <br /> located throughout the property. ' <br /> 12. Project History: Three underground fuel tanks, a 12,000 and 10,000 gallon diesel <br /> and a 5,000 gallon gasoline, related piping and pump island,,were removed from the <br /> Teresi Trucking, Inc. yard the morning of Friday December ember 1, 1995 by Jim <br /> Thorpe Oil, Inc. personnel. The tanks were in good condition and showed no signs of <br /> excess corrosion on the outside. Mr. Eric Travena of SJPHS/EHD was on site at the <br /> time of the tank pull. There was obvious signs of overspill-1 at the'juncture of three <br /> tanks, and under the pump island, i.e. discolored soil and petroleum odor. Soil samples <br /> taken from under the tanks showed non detectable for TPH-'G, D,';'!Lead and BTEX. The <br /> I sample taken tin the pump island area showed 390 mg/Kg diesel, 58 ug/Kg Ethyl <br /> Benzene, 480 ug/Kg Total Xylenes, non detectable for gasoline and Total Lead. Spoil <br /> pile samples, composite SP-1&2 showed 25 mg/Kg diesel. `IComp�osite SP-3&4 showed <br /> 1000 mg/ Kg diesel, 690 ug/Kg Toluene, 120 ug/Kg Ethyl Benzene and 820 ug/Kg Total <br /> Xylenes. Composite SP-5&6 showed 6700 mg/Kg diesel 150 ug!!/Kg Toluene, 620 <br /> 1 ug/Kg Ethyl Benzene and 5600 ug/Kg Total Xylenes. Composite SP-7&8 showed 4700 <br /> mg/Kg diesel, 1000 ug/Kg Ethyl Benzene and 12000 ug/Kg}Total;Xylenes.
