III. Large Spills over 50 Gallons <br /> Large spills such as Accidents during Underground Storage Tank Product Delivery, or <br /> major event during station operations. <br /> 1. Secure area, limit traffic into the station by vehicles and persons, use Traffic <br /> Cones or Caution Tape. Evacuate and push the Red Emergency Button located on <br /> the front of the kiosk. <br /> 2. Enforce NO SMOKING OR OPEN FLAMES, SHUT OFF ALL GASOLINE <br /> DISPENSERS. <br /> 3. Notify appropriate grocery store management. <br /> Management should perform the following procedures: <br /> 4. Contact Gilbert Silva, Food 4 Less, 209-957-4917 <br /> 5. Call the local fire department EMERGENCY number 911. <br /> 6. Notify the State Department of Environment Protection 916-445-3846, 24 hours a <br /> day. <br /> 7. Notify the National Response Center (NCR) at 1-800-424-8802, 24 hours a day. <br /> NOTE: Be sure to advise the fire department, and NCR, that Wendt & Son <br /> Construction, Inc., your Emergency Response Contractor has been notified and is <br /> responding. <br /> DO NOT TOUCH OR WALK THROUGH SPILLED LIQUIDS AT ANY TIME FOR <br /> ANY REASON. KEEP ALL PERSONAL, CUSTOMERS, AND VENDORS AWAY <br /> FROM THE SPILL AREA. <br /> 8. Assist Food 4 Less management, Wendt & Son Construction, and Public Safety <br /> Agencies as directed. <br /> Section 1-3 <br />
