E. Management of Ignitable, Reactive, or Incompatible Wastes <br />The recycling of ignitable, reactive, or incompatible <br />wastes and materials shall be prohibited at the facility. <br />F. Operation at Night <br />When the facility is operated during hours of darkness, the <br />owner or operator shall provide sufficient lighting to <br />ensure safe, effective management of hazardous wastes. <br />G. Manifest System <br />1. For used oil transported to the facility, the owner or <br />operator shall: <br />a. Complete the appropriate section of the manifest; <br />b. Sign and date each copy of the manifest to <br />certify that the hazardous waste covered by the <br />manifest was received; <br />c. Note any significant discrepancies in the <br />manifest on each copy of the manifest; <br />d. Immediately give the transporter at least one <br />copy of the signed manifest; <br />e. Send legible copies of all completed hazardous <br />waste manifests to the Department on a monthly <br />basis in conformance with Section 67168, <br />Title 22, CCR; <br />f. Within 30 days after delivery, send a copy of the <br />manifest to the generator; <br />g. Retain at the facility a copy of each manifest <br />for at least three years from the date of <br />delivery; <br />h. Submit to the Department by the last day of each <br />month information on the hazardous waste <br />delivered during the previous month consisting of <br />a legible copy of the completed manifest for each <br />load of hazardous wastes accepted, and a report <br />that summarizes the numbers of loads of hazardous <br />wastes received. <br />2. For hazardous waste transported from the facility, the <br />owner or operator shall: <br />a. Complete the generator and waste section and sign <br />the manifest certification. <br />-13- <br />
