(2) Training records for current employees. <br />(3) Hazardous Waste Facility Permit. <br />(4) Waste analysis plan. <br />(5) Contingency plan. <br />(6) Closure plan. <br />(7) Closure cost estimate. <br />(8) Inspection schedules. <br />c. The owner or operator shall retain the following <br />records at the facility for at least three years: <br />(1) Inspection record. <br />(2) Training records for former employees. <br />(3) Copies of each manifest received. <br />d. The retention period for all records required in <br />this permit is extended automatically during the <br />course of any unresolved enforcement action <br />regarding the facility or as requested by the <br />Department. <br />2. Operating Records <br />a. The owner or operator shall keep a written <br />operating record at the facility. <br />The following information shall be recorded, as <br />it becomes available, and maintained in the <br />operating record until the closure of the <br />facility: <br />(1) The description and the quantity of each <br />load of hazardous waste received, and the <br />method(s) and date(s) of its recycling <br />process at the facility; <br />(2) Records and results of waste analyses and <br />trial tests performed; <br />(3) Summary reports and details of all incidents <br />that require implementing the contingency <br />plan; <br />(4) Records and results of inspections (except <br />these data need be kept only three years); <br />(5) Monitoring, testing, or analytical data; <br />-26- <br />
