Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs): 2 ppm or less <br />2. The facility shall analyze every new customer's used <br />oil for total halogens, PCB, and flashpoint. The list <br />should be updated once a year. <br />3. The facility shall analyze each batch of the <br />wastewater generated from the recycling process to <br />check for hazardous constituents in accordance with <br />Article 11 of the CCR. If the wastewater is <br />determined to be hazardous, it must be transported via <br />a registered hauler to another permitted facility for <br />further treatment or disposal. <br />4. Within one year from the date of this permit, the <br />facility shall certify the on-site laboratory with the <br />Department. <br />5. Within 45 days from the date of this final permit, the <br />facility shall submit a new waste analysis plan to <br />include procedures to analyze recycled oil. <br />B. Operation Plan Revisions <br />Within 60 days from the date of this final permit, and <br />prior to operation, the facility shall provide the <br />following information: <br />1. Capacity of rotary dryer system. <br />2. Capacity of recycling system. <br />3. A projected quantity of accepted hazardous waste at <br />the facility. <br />4. A projected quantity of recycled oil processed at the <br />facility. <br />5. A projected design ratio of wastewater generated <br />verses capacity of the dryer system. <br />6. A more detailed explanation of physical treatment in <br />respect to Exhibit VI.3 of the Operation Plan. <br />-31- <br />
