She states that she had heard about the complaint, but has not seen any <br /> cockroaches. <br /> MOD states that the facility is serviced by Matrix Pest Control every 2-3 weeks for routine service. <br /> Upon inspection of the facility, live cockroaches were observed on the wall behind the unused 3 door reach-in refrigerator.
