<br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint:
<br /> C00049833 states: "COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THERE WAS A LIVE ROACH IN HIS FOOD."
<br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
<br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7;
<br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health
<br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of
<br /> the food facility.
<br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility Major
<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed approximately ten adult and juvenile cockroaches on the wall and coving tile ledge behind the
<br /> unused 3 door reach-in refrigerator.
<br /> Immediately take action to remove cockroaches from the facility(pest control provider was called to service the facility).
<br /> Maintain pest control provider's service invoices for inspector to review at re-inspection on Friday, May 24, 2019).
