For small spills the on site personnel will use <br /> absorbent material to clean up the released material In the event of a larger spill the <br /> operator will call 9-1-1 (if necessary), the Safeway Store Manager and Tanknology to assist <br /> in the emergency. <br /> 2. Describe the proposed methods and equipment to be used for removing and properly <br /> disposing of any hazardous substances. <br /> Spent absorbent will be placed into an approved container and disposed of in accordance <br /> with all Local. State. and Federal laws and regulations The operator is responsible for <br /> coordinating the disposal of all used absorbent. Any additional equipment will be provided <br /> be the responding contractor. <br /> 3. Describe the location and availability of the required cleanup equipment in item 2 above. <br /> Absorbent is maintained on site and restocked as needed by the site personnel The <br /> contractor maintains any additional equipment and available on an as needed basis <br /> 4. Describe the maintenance schedule for the cleanup equipment. <br /> Absorbent is inspected weekly and reordered as needed Any equipment provided by the <br /> responding contractor is the responsibility of that contractor. <br /> 5.
