It would be to your benefit to have the full lateral <br /> and vertical extent of hydrocarbon contamination determined prior <br /> to installing new tanks at these sites. If these new tanks are <br /> installed in contaminated soil, it may be necessary to remove <br /> them if soil remediation is required at the site. A full <br /> characterization of the sites prior to installing the new tanks <br /> could save time and expense. <br /> Please send us information concerning other Environmental Site <br /> Assessments (ESA's) conducted at the other Regal Stations within <br /> the Central Valley (map enclosed) . We would like copies of <br /> reports that indicate possible ground water problems. <br /> As .our ,workplans are submitted to us and the local implementing <br /> ag nc - , we will work with you.
