INSTRUCTIONS TO COMPLETE <br /> SITE LAYOUT AND FACILITY DIAGRAMS <br /> Use the sample provided for guidance. The diagrams should be suitable for placing in a 9-inch X <br /> 12-inch file folder and must be legible. At a minimum, the map should show the following: <br /> 1. Site Layout <br /> Scale of map <br /> Site orientation (north, south, etc.) <br /> Loading areas <br /> Parking lots <br /> Internal roads <br /> Storm and sewer drains <br /> Adjacent property use <br /> Locations and names of adjacent streets and alleys <br /> Ingress and egress points and closure type (gate, firedoor, etc.) <br /> 2. Facility <br /> Location of each hazardous material handling area and which materials are <br /> handled in each area. <br /> Type of storage, including above ground, below ground and partially buried (e.g., <br /> storage tanks, barrels, process tanks, pallets, cylinders, rail cars, truck trailers, <br /> etc.). <br /> Location of emergency response equipment, such as equipment for fire <br /> suppression, approach and mitigation, protective clothing, and medical response. <br /> INSTRUCTIONS TO COMPLETE <br /> EMERGENCY RESPONSE AND EVACUATION PLAN <br /> AND EMPLOYEE TRAINING PROGRAM <br /> The following check lists serve for guidance only. However, as a minimum, your plan should <br /> address each of the items listed. <br />
