Fuel leaks were found at dispensers 1 and 15. Liquid which appeared to be diesel was observed <br /> under both dispensers. All primary containment must be impervious to the liquid and vapor of the <br /> substance contained. Immediately discontinue use of dispensers 1 and 15 and have a properly <br /> licensed, trained, and certified contractor replace or repair the failed components under permit and <br /> inspection of the EHD. If the failed component can't be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that <br /> the diesel portion of the UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> 45. Water was found in the 87 fill, 91 fill and the vent sumps. Secondary containment shall be <br /> constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. <br /> Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 hazardous waste <br /> regulations, and manage accordingly. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified <br /> contractor to address the water intrusion into the 87 fill, 91 fill and the vent sumps under permit and <br /> inspection of the EHD. <br /> Note <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how <br /> each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, by July 20, 2011. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE($122). <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD I Recei By: Title: <br /> 2 003 Re 08/10/10 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
