Unzip or remove PPE during breaks and results of personnel <br /> monitoring Provide drinking water and/or electrolyte replacement drink. Record the time and <br /> duration of all breaks and results of personnel monitoring. Heat stroke victims must receive <br /> emergency medical care. <br /> 0 Hypothermia/Frostbite Symptoms: <br /> ✓ Hypothermia. Shivering, apathy, loss of consciousness, <br /> decreasing pulse and breathing rate <br /> ✓ Frostbite White, then grayish yellow progressing to <br /> grayish blue skin, cold, numb part <br /> Mitigation: Wear multilayer cold weather outfits covered by a wind resistant fabric.
