The project involved removal and disposal sal of two tanks,removal of contaminated soil,treatment of <br /> e <br /> eonwninated groundwater,replacement of soil,and installation of monitoring wells. Pursuant to our <br /> discussions,this latter will summarize the meeting,review subsequent activities,and request a conditional <br /> "No Further Action"letter from your agency. <br /> During the meding,the remaining pmject requirements were,outlined as follows: <br /> 1. A project contact for Heinz USA.is required following the closure of the plant offices at Tracy. <br /> 2. Additional soil removal and testing would be required from the No. 1(West)tank excavation.
